What youll do

Position title: SAP iXp Intern - Automation Test Engineer

Location: Montreal QC

Expected start date: July 2025 (12 months)

• Work in a DevOps/Agile environment with real-world impact.
• Learn test automation frameworks from industry experts.
• Contribute ideas that shape the future of cloud operations.
• Assist in designing developing and maintaining automated test script for web application and platform.
• Execute and monitor automated test suites reporting defects and tracking resolutions
• Collaborate with teams to integrate automated tests into the software development process to enhance efficiency and reliability.
• Participate in test plan reviews sprint planning and agile ceremonies.
• Learn and apply testing tools/frameworks like Selenium Robot Framework.
• Support manual testing efforts when required.

What you bring

• Undergraduate Diploma or higher in Computer Science Engineering or a related field.
• Understanding of software testing concepts (functional regression smoking testing).
• Curiosity about QA methodologies Agile and DevOps practices.
• Familiarity with Python.
• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
• Strong interpersonal skills openness to new technologies and a proactive learning attitude.
• Experience with testing tools and frameworks (e.g. Selenium pytest JMeter).
• Knowledge of API testing and tools (e.g. Postman REST Assured).
• Knowledge of cloud platforms (e.g. AWS Azure) and containerization (e.g. Docker Kubernetes).
• Knowledge of Jenkins.
• Experience in cloud service operations and code testing

SAP provides the hourly base salary rate range applicable for the posted role. The targeted range for this position is 0 - 0(CAD) CAD.
