Our large portfolio of products and brands make retailer buying easy. To achieve this we source white label products develop our own brands and seek to represent leading brand partners who value an effective and efficient service channel to deliver category solutions for retailers.
The Role:
Reporting to the Distribution Manager this role supports the warehousing and logistics function at our Minto Distribution Centre. This is a full time permanent position working day shift hours Monday to Thursday 7am-3.30pm and Friday 7am-1.00pm.
Your key responsibilities will include but are not limited to:
- Inventory Control of stock into warehouse system.
- Audits Quality Checks and cycle counting.
- Operation of High Reach and Counterbalance forklifts
- Load and unload of trucks
- Pick and pack orders for despatch according to picking slip
- Ensure a high level of safety; overseeing the cleanliness of equipment and bays codes of practice and follow relevant procedures.
- Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental Health and Safety and HACCP.
What You Will Bring to the Team:
- Demonstrated experience of stock control in warehousing.
- Current Forklift Ticket with experience loading and unloading trucks.
- Experience in pick pack of orders in a warehousing environment.
- Computer literacy and experience with WMS systems
- Have a strong attention to detail.
- Great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously or part of a team.
- Adhere uphold and maintain OHS policies and procedures.
