We are seeking a proactive and detail-orientedAccount Assistantto support the financial and administrative coordination of consultancy services delivered to theEuropean Institutions. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the smooth execution of framework contracts through accurate invoicing reporting and operational follow-up.
Key Responsibilities
Review and validate supplier invoices in compliance with contractual terms and internal procedures
Assist in preparing client reports and issuing invoices for consultancy services
Monitor consultant timesheets for accuracy completeness and timely submission
Collaborate with Project Managers and Finance teams to track project profitability and financial performance
Organize and prepare documentation for project closures and audits
Maintain accurate records using internal dashboards and project tracking tools
Create and format professional presentations and internal reports (e.g. PowerPoint)
Your Profile
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with ERP systems (e.g. Deltek SAP) is a plus
Fluent in English (spoken and written); knowledge of French is an asset
Strong attention to detail and analytical mindset
Highly organized and adaptable with the ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines
A proactive team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work independently
Fast learner eager to develop new skills and take on responsibilities
Comfortable working with cross-functional teams (finance procurement recruitment contracts)
Familiarity with the European Institutions and framework contracts is a strong advantage
Minimum 3 years of experience in administrative financial or project support roles
