We are a boutique village style not-for-profit facility located in Roselands seeking an enthusiastic and proactive part-time (3 weekdays) Living Environment Officer to support the organisations service environment.

About the role

Oversee and support the day-to-day operations of the Maintenance & Domestic Services team to ensure the cleanliness and presentation of the facility meets regulatory and organisational standards.
Conduct regular inspections and room audits.
Allocate daily tasks and ensure rosters meet operational needs.
Monitor and control the departmental budget.
Ensure compliance with aged care standards WHS legislation and infection prevention and control requirements.
Maintain up-to-date records of maintenance tasks cleaning schedules preventative maintenance register audits incident reports and continuous quality improvement initiatives.
Skills & Experience
- Computer knowledge
- Infection control and WHS experience
- Commitment to the provision of quality care and continuous improvement
- Able to work without direct supervision
- Display initiative integrity and a strong work ethic
- Hold a current Police Check
