The Opportunity
We are currently seeking passionate industry professionals forCommis Chef(Part time)roles to assist with the execution ofMassimo Meles menuwhich gives Italian cuisine a local Tasmanian menu hasa produce driven philosophy simple uncomplicated and seasonally changing using quality ingredients where the local produce is hero.
About You
- Enjoy connecting with growers and showcasing local produce
- Have genuine passion for cooking and celebrating hospitality
- Able to work calmly and accurately under pressure
- Great time management skills and ability to multi-task
- Able to execute dishes of extremely high quality
- Work cleanly and safely to health and safety standards
- Full working rights in Australia
