Job Description
- Source screen and place candidates in Financial Engineering IT Industrial Accounting Legal and Commission-Based roles.
- Manage the full recruitment cycle from sourcing to placement.
- Develop and maintain strong client and candidate relationships.
- Utilize various recruiting methods including job boards LinkedIn AI tools and networking.
- Negotiate offers and facilitate smooth onboarding for successful hires.
- Meet or exceed weekly and monthly placement goals.
- A self-driven results-oriented recruiter with a track record of success.
- Experienced in full-cycle recruiting (minimum of 2 years preferred).
- Strong networking communication and relationship-building skills.
- Comfortable working independently in a commission-based role.
- Familiar with ATS systems and recruitment tools LinkedIn Recruiter etc..
- Standard Commission Split: 70/30
- Top Performers Eligible for 80 Commission
- Average Placement Fee: $10000 $35000 per hire
- Potential Earnings: $160000 annually based on performance
