Attindas Hygiene Partnersdesigns manufactures and markets absorbent hygiene products. The company sells adult incontinence and infant diapers among other products into the healthcare retail and direct-to-consumer channels under brands including Attends Indas and Comfees as well as a wide range of private label brands for retailers.

Job Summary:
Key responsibilities:
- Champion and partner with plant leadership to develop a site master plan for implementing lean best practices.
- Regularly keep the team updated on progress.
- Monitor daily KPI metrics to identify deficiencies to deliver efficiency and service improvement activity across the business by employing sustainable standard leadership and lean tools throughout the organization including Daily Management Standard Work
- Leadership Standard Work Value Stream Mapping Transactional Process Improvement Visual Management and A3 thinking
- Partner with business leaders to identify and implement new technology equipment systems and/or process improvements that enhance the plants manufacturing platforms and drive maximum return on investment.
- Train and build capability at all levels in the organization regarding lean manufacturing to ensure that the techniques and a continuous improvement mind set become established across the workforce and that targeted delivery of the manufacturing process is robustly applied to maximize benefits
- Provide production support in areas of safety quality throughput improvement supply chain engineering problems and cost reductions
Required Qualifications:
- Bachelors degree in business/engineering related field
- 5 years leadership experience in a manufacturing organization.
- Strong track record for transforming organizations building the team managing change streamlining processes and driving safety quality delivery and cost improvements.
- Experience at various levels of leading cross functional departments and managing both Salaried and Hourly personnel
- Excellent demonstrated leadership skills
- Sound administrative skills with well-developed management skills
- Experience in Lean Manufacturing with demonstrated use of the tools/principles with quantifiable results
- Experience working in a broader cross division business unit model
Preferred Qualifications:
- Masters Degree
- Six Sigma Blackbelt certification
- Lean Manufacturing certification
