Job qualifications:

Have 5-7 years of experience in cable harness
Must build harness boards on their own
Must be familiar with automobile cable harness
Have basic computer skills
Assemble cables per requirements (Bill of materials wire diagrams specifications)
Cut trip crimp and tin wires (automated as well as manual)
Inserting contacts into connectors
Experience with tie wraps flat ribbon cable assembly shrink tubing andsoldering
Installing back shells and applying labels on wires/cables
Perform inspection testing and pull test on cable wires & devices
Familiarity with the production environment and quality requirements as per IPC/WHMA-A-620
Self-motivated with a positive attitude
