What Youll Be Doing:
As a Sales Representative at KeyGlee youll act as the bridge between motivated sellers and eager investors. Youll sharpen your negotiation skills develop long-term client relationships and play a vital role in closing successful real estate transactions.
- Negotiate property deals and contract terms with confidence
- Build rapport with clients and maintain strong relationships
- Meet and exceed sales goals through strategic outreach
- Monitor performance metrics and continuously aim for improvement
- Contribute to a team culture that celebrates wins and supports growth
Work Schedule:
- Monday - Friday 7:00am - 2:30pm
Job Requirements:
- Previous sales experience
- Proficiency with basic computer applications
- Strong phone communication skills
- Positive attitude and self-motivated drive to succeed

Pay Structure:
- 1099 Contractor
- 2 months of paid training at $750/week.
- After training base pay changes to commission only.
- High commission potential at 27% per deal.
- Well review the commission structure in full during your interview.
