Park View a Cassia community is seeking a Painter/Maintenance Worker to join our team! If you take pride in creating clean welcoming spaces and enjoy hands-on work this is a great opportunity to use your skills in a meaningful way. Were looking for someone who is dependable detail-oriented and enjoys working in a team environment.
As a Painter/Maintenance Worker at Park View youll assist with painting repairs and general maintenance tasks to help keep our campus safe attractive and well-maintained for residents and staff. Position Type:Part-Time
Shift:Day (flexible)
- 8 hours per week (8 hours 1 day per week or 4 hours 2 day per week)
Location:200 Park Ln Buffalo MN 55313
Maintenance Worker responsibilities:
- Respond to maintenance requests by residents and staff.
- Perform routine maintenance repairs and projects as needed.
- Implement and schedule a preventative maintenance program.
- Follow through on projects with little supervision.
- Perform manual tasks and carry out all given job-related instructions.
- Keep detailed reports on ongoing and completed projects.
Maintenance worker skills and requirements:
- Prior experience in painting preferred.
- Prior experience in plumbing carpentry and electrical work a plus
- Must be available to work on-call as needed.
- Able to make repairs inside and outside of the building.
- Able to use basic hand tools.
