Exciting Opportunity: Operations Administrator at Hotel Management & Consulting!

About the Role: Hotel Management & Consulting is seeking an Operations Administrator who is detail-oriented and proactive that will play a crucial role in supporting our Operations functions. We are dedicated to creating a supportive and dynamic work environment where employees can thrive.

Primary Duties:
  • Assist with preparation of meetings by compiling data and creating detailed reports in Excel.
  • Participate in purchasing and inventory tasks for properties via Office 365 PDF editors and online resources.
  • Assist in the completion of all licensing renewals with managers.
  • Prepare various training videos and SOPs for corporate use.
  • Assist in carrying out various operational administrative functions for properties.
  • Assist with various projects from the executive team (mainly Excel-based projects).
  • Prepare and execute various documents and contracts for properties.
  • Assist with data collection and input for operational projects.
  • Coordinate travel for executive and operational teams.
  • Plan and coordinate vendors and locations for any HMC events.
  • Assist with various set up and preparation tasks around the HMC corporate office.
  • Other Duties as Assigned.

Preferred Qualifications:
  • Office 365 including Excel proficiency required
  • Additional technology skills highly desirable
  • Detail-oriented
  • Problem-solver
  • Self-starter able to prioritize multiple projects and meet deadlines under pressure
  • Works well independently or with others
  • Ethical practice able to deal sensitively with confidential material
  • Works well without a set agenda

Physical Requirements:
  • Frequently required to sit stand talk and hear.
  • This position requires the ability to occasionally lift office products and supplies up to 20 pounds.
