Your Opportunity

  • Work with Benefits Manager to develop implement and continuously evaluate competitive benefits programs tailored to the specific needs of employees in the US and APAC regions ensuring alignment with the companys strategic objectives and compliance with country-specific regulations.
  • Manage the daily operations of benefits and pension programs including health dental disability and life insurance plans leveraging technology to enhance efficiency and employee experience.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for all benefits-related inquiries from employees management and external providers ensuring timely and accurate responses.
  • Organize and conduct benefits orientations and informational sessions for new hires and existing employees incorporating feedback to improve program effectiveness and employee satisfaction.
  • Ensure all benefits programs adhere to federal state and local regulations through regular audits compliance testing and necessary filings with a keen focus on specific legal frameworks like ERISA in the US and relevant local regulations in APAC countries.
  • Stay informed of industry trends and best practices through ongoing professional development ensuring our benefits offerings remain competitive and cost-effective.
  • Maintain accurate benefit plan documents and employee communication materials including enrollment materials plan documents and contracts ensuring clarity and accessibility.
  • Work collaboratively with the Benefits Manager and cross-functional teams to conduct regular benefits analysis assessing their effectiveness and competitiveness and aligning them with broader corporate strategies
  • Play a key role in the development and execution of the firms wellness strategy promoting employee health and well-being through targeted programs and initiatives that support a diverse workforce.
  • Reconcile and submit invoices for payment ensuring accurate financial management of benefits programs.
  • Carry out other duties as assigned

Must have skills

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in benefits administration or a similar role.
  • Strong knowledge of federal state and local regulations affecting employee benefits.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to explain complex benefits information in an understandable way.
  • High level of proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office Suite including strong reconciliation experience and competency with Excel.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with discretion and maintain confidentiality.
  • Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

Compensation information

The base salary range for this position is $80000-$90000. This range is estimated for this role. Actual pay may be different. This role will remain open through the end of August 2025.

Annual Bonus Opportunity:Position is eligible to receive an annual discretionary bonus award from the profit pool. The profit pool is funded based on Company profits. Individual bonuses are determined based on Company department team and individual performance.
