General Summary:
- In this entry-level role the Patient Financial Customer Service Representative will be responsible for assisting clients with their financial inquiries.
- This position focuses on providing excellent and effective customer service to patients vendors insurance companies and other internal and external customers.
Knowledge Skills and Abilities Required:
- Requires high school diploma/GED
- 1 year of experience in customer service
- Previous experience in a call center and/or medical practice preferred.
- Excellent customer service skills.
- Proficient knowledge of medical terminology and insurance verification process.
- Excellent telephone and verbal communication skills.
