What are we looking for
TheSenior Project Managerwill support the Building and Construction business by overseeing Environmental projects in the Baltimore MD and Fairfax VA Region. This position is expected to travel 25-50% of the time.
Shift/Schedule:Monday Friday 8:00AM-5:00PM (may vary)
What youll do:
- Managing Environmental Projects including but not limited to:
- Environmental Site Assessments -Phase I/II and III
- Asbestos Lead Paint IAQ & Industrial Hygiene Testing and Consulting
- Ability to prepare technical proposals and reports
- Ability to communicate with clients and regulators to keep projects moving and on schedule
- Ability to self-manage and make decisions during all phases of a project
- Ability to manage and control project budgets and build solid relationships with clients

Minimum Requirements & Qualifications:
- BS in related field such as Engineering Geology or Environmental Sciences is required
- 10 years of environmental consulting industry related experience
- Must be able to perform tasks in varying field/office conditions.
- Must be able to operate most field/office equipment and software relating to ones discipline
- Strong technical proposal and report writing abilities
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Environment including Word Excel Powerpoint. Teams and Outlook
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Ability to travel 25-50% of the time
- Valid Drivers License and reliable driving recordrequired
Preferred Requirements & Qualifications:
- Professional Registration PE PG or CIH
- OSHA 40-hour HAZWOPER
