Job Description
What will be your daily pursuit
Your daily pursuit will be driving operational excellence through hands-on management and proactive communication. Youll lead a team of up to 20 overseeing lift operations with a sharp eye on safety and a strong commitment to guest service. Your ability to anticipate challenges will help the team stay one step ahead.

This is part of our year-round regular full-time role beginning in July 2025.

What will you do in this job
- Oversee daily lift operations with a focus on safety efficiency and adherence to company policies and safety codes.
- Maintain accurate operational records in line with safety and insurance requirements.
- Lead train and support the Lift Operations team including hiring scheduling payroll and performance feedback.
- Foster a clean safe and compliant work environment including chairing the Health & Safety Committee.
- Collaborate across departments and with contractors maintaining strong communication and coordination.
- Support emergency response efforts and assist with lift and building maintenance as needed.
- Manage transportation logistics for staff and provide reports on guest statistics and department budgets.
- Consistently represent the company professionally and take on additional duties as assigned.

What skills and experience do you need for this job
- High School Diploma required.
- 1-2 years of previous tourism hospitality experience in a Supervisory capacity.
- Proven ability to lead.
- Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs.
- Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights holidays and weekends.
- Arial lift industry or related experience is an asset.
- Strong customer service skills with a professional approachable demeanor.
- Positive calm and reliable under pressure in dynamic outdoor environments.
- Team-oriented leader and collaborator able to both give and receive direction.
- Proactive and observant with the initiative to identify and complete tasks independently.
- Self-aware and committed to continuous learning and development.
- Confident problem-solver with the ability to coach service excellence in others.
- Comfortable working at heights up to 70 meters.
