Junior Programme Manager Masters

Your Mission
- Responsibility for the organisation and coordination of our Masters in Financial Management and Masters in International Management at the Brussels campus.
- Scheduling classes and programme events organising and attending international study trips and any off-campus activities.
- Preparation and follow-up of all programme courses including attendance grading and assessment.
- Acting as a single point of contact for both students and faculty. Ensure clear and professional communication with both parties.
- Monitoring programme quality and taking action to improve the learning experience of our students.
- Providing support to and attending extracurricular events such as career and alumni activities the opening of the academic year the graduation ceremony etc.
- Working closely together with the programme director and programme management team.
You
- Have a masters degree or a bachelors degree with 2 to 5 years of work experience.
- Have a very good command of written and spoken English and excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Are a proficient user of standard software tools such as MS Word Excel and PowerPoint. Experience with Canvas or another Learning Management System is considered a plus.
- Are customer-oriented and have strong interpersonal skills.
- Have an international mindset and understanding and respect for cultural diversity.
- Are reliable diligent and have outstanding organisational skills.
- Are a team player who can work autonomously. You have a proactive and entrepreneurial attitude.
- Are flexible and willing to take part in occasional evening activities and join students on weeklong study tours abroad.
- Will be based on our Brussels campus with an opportunity for partial remote work in periods when students are not on campus (mainly MayAug).
