Imaging Associates

Imaging Associates (IA) is a doctor-led highly respected and rapidly growing radiology business with practices across the Eastern suburbs of Melbourne Gippsland and Wagga Wagga. IA prides itself on providing cutting edge diagnostic imaging services with a focus on clinical and patient excellence.

General X-Ray & CT Radiographer on-site at Wonthaggi Hospital

Wonthaggi Hospital services the Bass Coast and South Gippsland shire communities and offers a range of services including Pathology Acute Ward Radiology Theatre and Maternity. The Imaging Associates team is excited by the opportunity to provide radiology services to the community in this region and seek to engage a highly qualified and dedicated radiography team providing a range of high-quality imaging services.

We are looking to recruit a LocumRadiographerwith General X-Ray &CT experience to join our team. CT and X-Ray are offered 7-days a week with the opportunity to participate in an on-call roster July to mid-October.

With Bass Coast Healths plans to expand the medical imaging services in the region this also presents a unique opportunity for you to contribute to significant growth ahead.

What experience do I have

IA is a patient-first organisation and its important to us that our patients feel personally cared for. Your caring and compassionate approach combined with strong communication and interpersonal skills will see you thrive in this role.

  • Competency in general X-Ray and CT
  • A patient-focused approach and commitment to quality outcomes
  • Ability to drive services and work independently in a busy hospital setting
  • AHPRA registration and a Victorian Radiation Licence
  • Availability to work across 7-day roster and participate in providing on-call services
