Who are we
Wintringham is a specialist not-for-profit organisation providing an extensive range of aged care housing and related support services to men and women aged 50-plus who have been homeless or at risk of homelessness. We employ over 1000 staff and operate from multiple offices across Melbourne and regional Victoria.
Our dedicated NDIS team is passionate about helping Wintringham Housing participants living with a disability and supported by an NDIS plan to live independently and confidently. We support clients with daily tasks personal care when needed and help them build skills strengthen community connections and access the services they need.
Your new role
An opportunity is available for a proactive and experienced Disability Support Worker to support NDIS participants with daily living tasks capacity building community engagement and personal care as needed. This casual role is ideal for candidates with a background in Disability Services Individual Support or Aged/Home Care and relevant qualifications. Based at our Patricia Larkin House in Bendigo(VIC) this position offers a meaningful opportunity to make a positive impact through a person-centred strengths-based approach.

Applicants who have lived in a country other than Australia for a period longer than 12 months in the last 10 years may be required to undergo an International Police Check.
Successful candidates will be required to comply with the Wintringham Health and Immunisation policy including having one dose of a COVID-19 vaccine as well as the 2025 Influenza Immunisation before commencing employment and must provide evidence.
