Job Description

Lamoille South Supervisory Union currently has Building Manager positions open at their elementary schools. The Building Manager is responsible for maintaining a safe clean and healthy building environment for students and staff. The position includes the following: Monitor and maintain classrooms restrooms hallways and offices to ensure proper cleaning of all areas is completed on a daily basis. Monitor building automated systems and alarms. Knowledge of mechanical systems is preferred. Respond timely to maintenance requests and perform minor repairs as needed. Maintain an open and positive line of communication with co-workers students and families. Review evening building activities with second shift team providing special instructions and guidance as needed. Successful candidates will have the following:Communication ability to positively communicate with adults and studentsProblem-solving ability to think through and resolve situationsOrganization ability to manage multiple tasks at onceTime Management ability to meet deadlines Leadership ability to motivate and work as an important part of a teamPlease submit letter of interest resume and references by email to
