About the Role:
As the logistics coordinator for the Champaign Office you will have a broad range of responsibilities including office management facilities recruiting procurement and more. You will interact with individuals and organizations across the company. You will be a critical team member contributing to the success of site initiatives and the business.
This is a part-time role with a maximum of 15 hours/week.
Requirements:
We seek candidates who share our commit to our mission to protect our global customers against the most complex cyber challenges through innovative high-assurance solutions that empower them to operate in an ever-changing cyber landscape. This awareness pervades every role within our business.
Responsibilities can vary greatly from season to season and week to week so adaptability and good record keeping is critical.
This is a new position so initially the position will require creating and documenting procedures for the various responsibilities.
Other requirements include:

Ability to multi-task and organize a broad range of varying activities
Strong time management skills
Attention to detail
Adaptability
Problem solving skills
Helpful (not ) experience or training include:
Collegiate or professional recruitment
Organizing complex sets of data or workflow management
Working within engineering organizations
Cybersecurity or physical security concerns
A reasonable estimate of the base salary range for this role is:
$33800.00-46799.00 USDThe actual salary offered may vary within the range based on a candidates unique experience locale and business needs. In addition to a base salary and bonus plans Everfox offers a generous benefits package including flexible PTO a 401k match and contribution to healthcare coverages.
