Job Description
What success looks like in this role:
Provides global workforce planning support within a designated functional or operational with supported managers / teams to create and manage associate schedules ensuring adequate coverage while minimizing over- or historical / actual data and trends to forecast future staffing needs considering factors such as seasonality sales projections and business key performance indicators (KPIs) such as service level agreements average handle time and schedule adherence identifying issues / potential issues and recommending steps for issues and resolves challenges related to scheduling conflicts and staffing with capacity planning and related efforts helping forecast future staffing needs based on business projections market trends and historical and analyzes actual versus forecasted staffing needs recommending changes to enhance productivity and customer with Human Resources (HR) operations Finance & Accounting and Information Technology (IT) to ensure alignment of workforce related adherence to Unisys and industry standard global workforce planning and estimation standards and other requirements.You will be successful in this role if you have:
BA/BS degree and 4-6 years relevant experience OR equivalent combination of education and experience
