Kitchen ManagerLocation: Rocky Mount NCJob Description:The Kitchen Manager will be responsible for assisting the General Manager in managing the daily operations of the store primarily focused in the BOH. This includes but is not limited to: - Assisting in hiring training and supervising employees
- Ensuring customer satisfaction by providing high-quality foodand excellent customer service
- Managing inventory and ordering supplies
- Assisting in creating and implementing marketing strategies to increase sales
- Ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures
- Handling customer complaints and resolving issues
- Assisting in maintaining a clean and organized store
Requirements:- High school diploma or equivalent
- Prior retail or customer service experience
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work flexible hours including weekends and holidays
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Basic computer skills
- Culinary Experience
