THE GIST:
Our client a well-backed tech start up seeks an impressive Executive Assistant to support their founders. This role will expertly handle all of the founders day to day administrative needs establish new processes and act as an extension of the executives. The ideal candidate has experience supporting leadership at a hypergrowth tech company and/or fast-moving startup.

THE NITTY GRITTY:
- Act as an extension of the co-founders & company with professionalism & polish
- Expertly prioritize founders time oversee calendar management organize meetings and address scheduling conflicts
- Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries
- Manage email inbox and respond to internal & external communications with a sense of urgency & professionalism
- Keep the office running smoothly & efficiently
- Plan company events offsites and meetings
- Attend meetings and calls to note important action items and send corresponding follow-ups
- Prepare presentations and meeting materials
- Track and process expenses
- Assist with various tasks and projects as needed
THE ESSENTIALS:
- 3 years of experience as an Executive Assistant
- Experience supporting an executive at a startup or hypergrowth tech company required
- Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
- Strategic & process-oriented mindset
- Clear & concise communication style
- Superb organizational skills
- Adaptable nature and ability to shift priorities as needed
