Job Description
What to expect.
You will providecompassionate care to children and adolescents ages 12-17.
Specific responsibilities will include:
- Providingindividual and group therapy sessionsusing evidence-based modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT) and Dialectical Behavior Therapy (DBT).
- Offeringsupportive counselingand monitoring progress towards treatment goals.
- Collaborating with treatment team membersto communicate patient progress and contribute to treatment planning and aftercare planning processes.
- Participating in family meetings and collaborative care sessions as needed tosupport holistic patient care.

What we need from you.
- Must possess one of the following Maryland licenses at time of hire:
- Licensed Master Social Worker (LMSW)
- Licensed Certified Social Worker Clinical (LCSW-C)
- Licensed Graduate Professional Counselor (LGPC)
- Licensed Clinical Professional Counselor (LCPC)
