The Washington Hilton is looking for their next Hotel Performance Analytics Manager. As our labor expert youll drive efficiency boost team engagement and ensure guest satisfaction while taking on unique responsibilities tailored to the hotels business needs.

The ideal candidate will be a detail-oriented individual with a passion for leveraging data to enhance guest satisfaction and drive revenue. Must have a strong background in hospitality operations finance or related work that supports time and labor management at property of a similar size. Hotel union experience highly preferred.
Shift Pattern: On-site full availability required.
Pay Rate: $80000- $85000 per year the final offer based on experience

What will I be doing
As the Hotel Performance Analytics Manager you will play a key role in driving the hotels operational efficiency and overall performance. Reporting directly to the Hotel General Manager you will serve as a strategic consultant optimizing labor management enhancing guest satisfaction and supporting team member engagement. This role requires a proactive data-driven approach to continuously improve business outcomes and ensure financial targets are met.
Key Responsibilities:
To fulfill this role successfully you should demonstrate the following minimum qualifications:
Minimum Overall Years of Professional Experience: Three (3) or more years
Minimum Years of Experience: Two (2) or more years of experience in hospitality operations finance or related work that supports time and labor management
Minimum Years of Experience: Two (2) or more years of specialized experience creating complex financial and analytical data
Expert in Microsoft Office
