Job Description
Job Title: Deputy Manager
Location: Huyton Liverpool
Salary: 35000 per annum
Working Hours: Monday to Friday 9am 5pm (occasional shifts if required)
Number of Sleeps Required: None routinely expected
Service: Childrens Home
Service Users: YPs aged 1018 with Emotional & Behavioural Difficulties (EBD) Learning Disabilities (LD)
Qualifications Required: NVQ/Diploma Level 3 or 4 in Children & Young People (essential); Level 5 Diploma or management qualification (desirable)
Experience in Years Required: Minimum 3 years in Residential Childcare with at least 1 year in a supervisory role
Employment Type: Permanent Full-time

Who we are looking for
We are seeking a confident and experienced Deputy Manager to support the Registered Manager in the day-to-day leadership and operations of the home. The successful candidate will take the lead on operational areas and deputise in the managers absence. A strong understanding of the needs of young people with EBD and LD is essential alongside a firm commitment to providing consistent therapeutic care.
