Job Description
The below position has changed to Operational Compliance Lead Supply Chain.This is a full-time permanent position based in Cronulla.
What Youll Be Doing:
- Confident Negotiation:Secure competitive pricing and optimal lead times through effective collaboration with subcontractors and suppliers.
- Supplier Onboarding & Management:Oversee the onboarding process and foster strong long-term supplier relationships.
- Stakeholder Communication:Act as a key liaison ensuring seamless coordination and proactive updates.
- Performance Monitoring:Track and assess subcontractor and supplier performance addressing underperformance when necessary.
- Data Accuracy & Compliance:Maintain accurate purchasing data to support strategic decision-making.
- Issue Resolution:Identify and resolve procurement challenges to maintain operational efficiency.
What Youll Bring:
- Extensive procurement experience including purchasing category management and contract oversightideally within trade subcontracting.
- A proactive solutions-focused mindset that thrives in fast-paced environments.
- Strong collaboration skills with a team-oriented approach.
- Excellent problem-solving analytical and critical-thinking abilities.
- A strategic mindset to optimize cost quality and lead times.
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Power BI.
- High attention to detail ensuring data accuracy and continuous process improvement.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Degree in Business Supply Chain Management or a related field.
- APICS CSCP certification is highly regarded.
