Job Description

Welcome to a medical center where youre the center of attention.

Pay range:

$122054.00 - $195291.00

Overlake is preparing to open our first off-campus ED (OCED) facility in Lynnwood this fall. This new OCED will provide 24/7 ED-level care in a highly collaborative fast-paced setting. It will be based on the model MultiCare has used to open highly successful OCED locations across Washington State.

Were looking for an experienced ED nurse supervisor (Assistant Nurse Manager) to work closely with the Nurse Manager for this 24/7 facility. If selected youll play a key role in start-up activities. Once the facility opens youll partner with the Nurse Manager to ensure high-quality patient care and to reinforce a culture of agility teamwork and operational efficiency.

Requirements:

Education: Bachelors degree preferred.

Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration: Current licensure as Registered Nurse in State of Washington required. Multi-state license is acceptable. Healthcare provider CPR is also required.

Experience: Minimum two years clinical experience in Emergency Department required. Supervisory experience preferred.
