What Youll Bring:
Minimum 3 years experience in property management
Current Real Estate Certificate (Agents Rep or Cert of Registration)
Strong knowledge of residential tenancy legislation
Proficiency with property management software ideally PropertyMe
Excellent communication organisational and negotiation skills
Reliable professional team-focused approach
Australian drivers licence and access to your own car
Full Australian working rights
The Role:
End-to-end portfolio management with support including:
Tenant and landlord relationships
Maintenance coordination
Budgets and reporting
Routine inspections
Lease renewals
