The Nurse Manager is responsible for ensuring superior patient/customer satisfaction via the highest quality care and service. Directs and supervises functions and activities in assigned areas.
Required Qualifications:
Bachelors Degree - Nursing or related field.
California Registered Nurse License upon hire.
National ProviderBLS - American Heart Association upon hire.
Additional experience may be required in some areas based on specialty programs.
Preferred Qualifications:
2 years Clinical experience in area of specialty.
Masters degree in nursing or related field.
Ideal Candidate
Candidates Nurse Manager or Assistant Nurse Manager experience needs to be in OB Postpartum or L&D.
1 year of RN experience in a hospital / acute care setting (excluding training/school/clinicals etc)
2 years of direct RN clinical experience working in Postpartum and/or Labor and Delivery department in a Hospital
