Job Description

Responsibilities:
- Recording transactions in General Ledger in UNANET accounting software including journal entries
- Managing Accounts Payable - Recording vendor/subcontractor invoices and Coordinating with Project Managers for approvals; preparing documents for payments.
- Time-sheet management - regular review and corrections of employees and subs time sheets
- Work with accounting Unanet HR and Contracts teams on any issues that arise and require collaboration for resolutions.
- Other duties as assigned by the CFO.
Halviks pay range for this job level is a general guideline only and not a guarantee of compensation or salary. Additional factors considered in extending an offer include (but are not limited to) responsibilities of the job education experience knowledge skills and abilities as well as internal equity alignment with market data applicable bargaining agreement (if any) or other law.
