Position Summary Core Responsibilities and Tasks
The right candidate will manage order to cash responsibilities.
Enable sales by providing pre-sale support supplying customer quotations.
Post sales support including order management order entry execution revenue recognition updating customer delivery dates handling RMAs and returns.
Escalation resource for customer complaints and order issue investigations and resolutions.
Facilitates new customer set-up; gathers and provides various forms for purpose of sale and account retention.
Support of Field Service updating dates in ERP system releasing invoicing after service work completion.
Support of Rental Fleet Services releasing monthly invoices for payment.
Builds strong and cohesive relationships promotes teamwork within team.
Develop working knowledge of SAP ERP system CRM quoting system.
Develop working relationship with supporting functions purchasing shipping & receiving and finance.
Continually builds good customer relations.
Other duties may be assigned from time to time by management.
Position Requirements
FORMAL EDUCATION: Required: High school diploma or equivalent plus 3 years of applicable experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles OR Bachelors degree with 1 year of applicable experience in sales coordination or administrative support roles.
KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE: Required: Strong communication skills both verbal and written
Strong organization skills
Approachable and pleasant
Ability to collaborate with other disciplines within the organization
Results oriented professional who respects and values team members.
Experience with Microsoft Office applications (Outlook Word Excel)
ERP Prior order entry knowledge (Sap Preferred)
Customer quoting (CRM preferred)
