Purpose and Objective:
Concur Technologies Inc. seeks a Development Manager at our Bellevue WA location responsible for the design implementation and maintenance of modules or features of a product.

Expectations and Tasks:
Manage advance and build high performing individuals and teams concerning engineering and social aspects. Hires fosters motivation integrates employees as well as team learning and development. Actively addresses and resolves team issues. Provides application implementation services typically within the boundaries of specifications and project plans. Design activities include requirements analysis and design documentation. Implementation activities include implementation testing and integration. Maintenance activities include error analysis and removal. Usually extends modifies or adapts existing designs but may also be involved in the development of new (sub-)systems. Offers feedback and sets development goals. Drives and actively participates in the Continuous Improvement Process (CIP). Actively drives Customer Collaboration aligned with PO. Contributes as a management stakeholder to sustainable and high-quality components that can easily be integrated into a product. Proactively acts to understand business needs and offer solutions that align across business units. Responsible for implementing strategic action plans and makes operational decisions on policies tactics and resources critical to the functions business success. Ensures strategy roll-out into own team/organization.

Education and Occupational Experience:
Bachelors degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering or a related field of study and seven (7) years of progressive post-baccalaureate experience in the job offered or related occupation. Alternatively a Masters degree or foreign equivalent in Computer Science Engineering or a related field of study and five (5) years of experience in the job offered or related occupation.

Qualifications/Skills and Competencies Experience:
Experience must involve five (5) years in the following:
Object-oriented programming language including Java C# or C;
Web development using HTML CSS JavaScript or AJAX;
UI frameworks including JQuery ExtJS ReactJs or ;
Design and develop RESTfuI webservices using Service Oriented Architecture;
SQL and relational databases including Oracle MySQL or SQL Server;
Unit and integration testing utilizing Junit framework;
Agile Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC) processes and methodologies; and
Application architecture development and security concepts.

Compensation Range Transparency:The annual base salary range for this position is $178347 - $291264. SAP believes the value of pay transparency contributes towards an honest and supportive culture and is a significant step toward demonstrating SAPs commitment to pay equity. SAP provides the annualized compensation range inclusive of base salary and variable incentive target for the career level applicable to the posted role. The targeted combined range for this position is $189800 - $322600. The actual amount to be offered to the successful candidate will be within that range dependent upon the key aspects of each case which may include education skills experience scope of the role location etc. as determined through the selection process. Any SAP variable incentive includes a targeted dollar amount and any actual payout amount is dependent on company and personal performance.
