Purpose:
Current account retention and new client sales
Reporting / Working Relationships:
Authority:
AM receives their authority from the Vice President of Account Management and the CEO.
Responsibility:
AMs are responsible for all aspects of client accounts including but not limited to insuring quality of service by personal inspection coordinating all services to maximize client satisfaction. resolving customer concerns increasing revenue opportunities for the company in existing accounts increasing sales by adding new customers fiscally managing all accounts assigned to AM and elevating the reputation of the company with clients tenants of Spencer cleaning sites and with Spencer employees.
Principle Duties:
Manage prospect customer and company relationships to have SBM viewed and held as a valued vendor.
AMs are to perform administrative functions necessary to insure proper implementation of action item tickets work orders (recurring and 1-time/occasional) new account startups and invoicing.
AMs are to maintain sales data in corporate systems including prospects business card contact information building data sales and quotation correspondence.
AMs are to communicate clearly completely accurately in written and verbal correspondence with clients and with Spencer staff.
AMs are to assist administration with timely and accurate information concerning square footage changes billing changes payroll changes collections and service enhancements alarm changes.
AMs are to escalate issues as appropriate. (e.g. upset client repeatedly missed/underperformed cleaning planned building sales and acquisitions janitorial bids etc.)

Standards and Measures:
The AMs duties and responsibilities are measured principally by the consistent successful conclusion of his/her responsibilities and his/her productive interactions with his/her Working Relationships. AMs will be evaluated by customer surveys 50% CEO and VP 25% and remainder of Working Relationships (weighted average) 25%.
Annually (every Nov/Dec) or Quarterly What happens with the results --- what if a key Client rates them 25% and another rates them 100% but across the board theyre about 75%. Working Relationships give them a 0% and you and I think theyre a 75%. Does that factor into them keeping their job getting a demotion pay increase Or is this intended around Bonuses What if their trended performance is improving Declining
I havent seen the Survey aspect of OrangeQC yet but know its in their pipeline development. Ill need some direction from you on what you want to put into each of the different surveys and whos input is needed for whom.
Educations & Experience:
AMs must have High School Diploma continued education in collegiate system and demonstrated skills in interacting with people.
