Job Description

A Camden Homes Area Sales Manager oversees all new home sales in their area of responsibility to ensure the sales team achieves the company goals while delivering a positive and lasting customer experience. The Area Sales Manager will lead the charge for the sales department in recruiting motivating and training.

Responsibilities for this position are but not limited to:

Camden Homes Core Values Systems and Processes.

  • Must follow written and established processes and procedures

Community Presence

  • Focuses on community and model home appearance

Customer Service

  • Trains sales staff on Delivering Wow for customers

Data Accuracy

  • Responsible for providing accurate data/projections for sales department

Management

  • Leads up and down the chain of command
  • Conduct productive Goal and Feedback Sessions with all direct reports

Market Analysis

  • Conducts market analysis on competition

Marketing

  • Working alongside the marketing department to increase traffic and sales

Meeting Rhythms

  • Attend huddles meetings and all monthly/quarterly events

Report Key Production Indicators 1

  • Maintains and utilizes KPI trackers

Report Key Production Indicators 2

  • Monitors applicable reports to drive growth

Sale coordination

  • Works with closing team to facilitate on time closings

Sales CRM

  • Leads team in full participation and execution of CRM

Training

  1. Recruit Select Train Manage and motivate

In order to fulfill the above responsibilities the candidate must have the below competencies:

  • TEAM MANAGEMENT: Manage a team of sales professionals to achieve company goals and deliver Wow to all our customers
  • LEADERSHIP: Communicate motivate and train sales team on the expectations of Camden Homes.
  • ORGANIZATION: Maintain a high level of organization in day-to-day tasks. Use routines and check lists.
  • COMMUNICATION: Highly skilled communicator. Communicates Aggressively.
  • PRIORTIZING: Always do what matters most before what matters least.
  • PLANNING: Fail to plan plan to fail. Stay 12 or 3 steps ahead. Use planning tools. (iPad/Planner)
  • RISK MANAGEMENT: Reacting positively and making the best decision to things un-planned.
  • GOAL SETTING: Planning with intense focus. Setting following and reaching key milestones.
  • OPEN MINDED: Accept feedback. Continually improve. Be open to change.
