Work hours:Full Time 40 hours/week Rotating Shifts

H.S. Diploma or equivalent required
Associates Degree Business Administration Criminal Justice Law Enforcement Security or closely related field preferred
2 years security or law enforcement or military police REQUIRED
Drivers License Class C and insurable Upon Hire required
Commissioned Security Officer Texas Private Security Level 2 (not required if have Level 3) 14 Days Required
Commissioned Security Officer Texas Private Security Level 3 (2 attempts permitted). Biannual recertification. 60 Days Required
TASER Certification Complete Course & Certification (2 attempts permitted). Annual recertification. 60 Days Required
Other Field Training Officer Certification 12 Months Required
ACPI - Advanced Crisis Prevention Intervention Training maintained annually 30 Days Required
What You Will Do
Oversees operations on assigned shifts
Leads security briefings for officers and distributes equipment
Responds to calls for service and disturbances.
Reviews shift paperwork and reports
Develop shift schedule and assignments
Perform role of officer in charge in the absence of supervisor
Participates in the Texas Health Threat Assessment Team for assigned area and monitors for correct utilization.
Performs officer duties as needed
