You will be updated with latest job alerts via emailSynergy a leading Boston commercial realestate firm seeks a Leasing Coordinator for a portfolio of over 8 million square feet across 50 properties composed of commercial office retail hospitality and multi-family properties.
The Leasing Coordinator is a results-driven individual who will support the Lease Administration Manager and collaborate closely with asset management leasing construction investments and accounting. Synergys portfolio is comprised of office retail and multifamily assets primarily located in the greater Boston market.
Primary Responsibilities:
Track leasing transactions from proposal stage through execution in VTS.
Analyze lease documents and draft deal sheets. Coordinate with asset management team members to ensure investor/lender approvals are obtained.
Track upcoming TI completions and delivery dates draft substantial completion notices and commencement agreements.
Work with 3rd party lease administrators to ensure accuracy of lease data entered in YARDI. Coordinate with accounting on billing inquiries and resolving discrepancies.
Prepare lease abstracts lease termination analyses & ad-hoc reports.
Coordinate intake of security deposits and letters of credit with accounting department and external parties.
Monitor critical lease dates (expansion & extension options ROFOs) and factor into vacant/uncommitted space process with the leasing team.
Review and respond to tenant requests for alterations assignments consent to sublease.
Maintain portfolio-wide inventory of building square footage.
Assist the investments team with due diligence for new acquisitions.
Other duties and projects assigned.

Undergraduate degree. Masters degree a plus.
1-3 years in the commercial real estate industry (focus on office leasing/retail a plus).
Capacity to multitask and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced environment.
Team player with strong follow-up skills interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solving and time management skills with the ability to work independently.
Proficiency in Yardi VTS Microsoft Word Excel DocuSign Teams.
High level of integrity dependability and required to work in a discreet and confidential manner.
