Responsibilities
- Collaborate with suppliers to resolve technical issues and ensure uninterrupted supply.
- Lead supplier performance improvement initiatives aligned with company quality
- standards.
- Investigate and analyze product complaints and field defects.
- Perform root cause analysis for internal and supplier quality problems and recommend
- corrective actions.
- Initiate and verify implementation of corrective and preventative actions.
- Communicate urgent quality issues to internal stakeholders and leadership.
- Define track and report on short-and long-term supplier quality objectives and KPIs.
- Interpret engineering and manufacturing specifications for supplier technical teams.
- Ensure compliance with legal safety and environmental requirements.
- Maintain and manage the supplier audit system and conduct on-site audits to promote
- process standardization and continuous improvement.
- Bachelors in engineering and 2 years of related experience in quality manufacturingor supply chain environments or equivalent combination of education and experience.
- Strong ability to analyze data identify trends and solve problems using structured
- quality tools (8D 5 Whys Pareto Analysis Six Sigma etc.).
- Working knowledge of PPAP quality systems and supplier quality management
- practices.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and across diverse teams.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office with strong Excel skills preferred.
