Process Technician- 2ND Shift (2P to 1030P)

Morales Professional is seeking a skilled Process Technician to support and optimize manufacturing operations with a focus on CNC machining automation systems and Kaizen (continuous improvement) initiatives.
The ideal candidate has hands-on experience in high-precision environments and a proactive mindset for problem-solving and process development.
What you will be doing as a Process Technician:
- Set up operate and troubleshoot CNC machines to ensure quality and efficiency.
- Install program and maintain automation equipment and systems.
- Work closely with engineering maintenance and production teams to streamline operations.
- Lead or participate in Kaizen events to identify and implement process improvements.
- Analyze production data to reduce waste improve cycle times and enhance throughput.
- Document standard operating procedures and best practices.
- Support root cause analysis and corrective actions for process-related issues.
- Assist in training operators and fellow technicians on new processes and improvements.
What you will need as a Process Technician:
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical diploma or associate degree preferred.
- 3 years of experience in a manufacturing environment with strong background in:
- CNC machining (setup operation troubleshooting)
- Automation systems
- Lean manufacturing and Kaizen principles
- Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and schematics.
- Strong mechanical aptitude and hands-on problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication teamwork and organizational skills.
