Job Description
The Meet Group affiliate of ParshipMeet has an exciting opportunity to join our company as a Senior Financial Analyst. Were looking for a driven and detail-oriented Senior FP&A Analyst to join our dynamic finance team. In this role you will take ownership of planning forecasting reporting and developing financial models across P&L cash flow and balance sheet. Your key responsibilities include but are not limited to:
- Drive the financial planning budgeting forecasting and reporting processes for ParshipMeet North America partnering with department heads to ensure accuracy and alignment with company goals.
- Monitor and analyze financial performance providing insights and recommendations to senior leadership.
- Prepare and present comprehensive financial reports analyses and recommendations to the executive team and board of directors.
- Provide insights and recommendations to optimize resource allocation profitability and overall financial performance.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams such as product marketing and engineering to align financial goals and KPIs.
- Collaborate with the accounting and tax teams to ensure alignment and data integrity across financial processes.
- Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to streamline FP&A operations.
The right candidate will have the following minimum requirements and skills:
- 3 years of experience in financial planning and analysis roles with a proven track record in forecasting and financial modeling
- Strong analytical problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Exceptional communication skills with the ability to effectively convey complex financial information to non-financial stakeholders
- Proficiency in financial modeling forecasting and data visualization tools (e.g. Excel Power BI Tableau)
- Bachelors degree in Finance Accounting or a related field
Preferred Qualifications and skills:
- Strong business acumen preferably experience with digital business models and online monetization
- Knowledge of Navision & TM1 ERP software
