Collision Center Estimator
Location:Grand Rapids MI
Job Type:Full-Time
Pay Range:$45000$80000 annually (based on experience)

Position Summary:
We are seeking a detail-oriented customer-focusedCollision Center Estimatorto join our team. This role is responsible for inspecting damaged vehicles creating accurate repair estimates coordinating with insurance companies and maintaining strong communication with customers throughout the repair process.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet customers and assess vehicle damage in person or via photos
Prepare detailed and accurate repair estimates using estimating software
Communicate with insurance adjusters to ensure proper claim handling and approvals
Coordinate with technicians parts staff and the Collision Center Manager to streamline the repair process
Maintain regular contact with customers providing updates and answering questions throughout the repair process
Ensure timely completion and delivery of repairs
Uphold company standards for customer satisfaction and quality assurance
Maintain accurate records of all repair estimates and supplement requests
Qualifications:
2 years of experience in auto body estimating or a related field preferred
Familiarity with industry-standard estimating software
Strong understanding of collision repair processes and insurance procedures
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Ability to multitask and manage time efficiently in a fast-paced environment
High school diploma or equivalent required; additional training or certifications a plus
Valid drivers license and clean driving record
