About the job:
Based in Brussels or Braine LAlleud Belgium you will join the Agency as we embark on a journey to transform our IT services to support NATOs Digital Endeavour. You will join The Office of the Chief of Acquisition which provides the full range of acquisition expertise and activities which support the planning implementation and maintenance of the required capability to support the Agencys strategic goals and missions.
We are looking for a driven and enthusiastic Senior Contracting Assistant who will take on the following roles and responsibilities:
Assisting in tender preparation and evaluation;
Contract management and administration;
Participating in procurement and purchasing activities;
Learning from more senior staff fostering professional growth.

About you:
The valuable knowledge and experience that you bring to this role are:
Higher vocational training in a relevant discipline with 2 years post-related experience. Or a secondary educational qualification with 4 years post-related experience;
Experience working in a customer-facing role;
Genuine enthusiasm for enhancing your proficiency in procurement;
Experience monitoring and maintaining contractual records;
Excellent interpersonal problem solving and decision making skills;
Placing high value on ethical conduct and adherence to rules and regulations;
Experience working with ERP software;
Good command of MS Office suite especially MS Excel;
Fluency in English both written and spoken.
