A Day in the Life
Your day will be filled with solving complex technical challenges collaborating with innovative engineers and creating software solutions that simplify intricate transportation logistics. Youll dive into projects that require creative problem-solving and have the opportunity to make meaningful contributions to our global delivery network.

We are a passionate group of technologists dedicated to transforming transportation and logistics through intelligent software solutions. Our team focuses on creating seamless user-friendly experiences that connect customers with their packages across global networks. Key Job Responsibilities
Design and implement scalable software solutions that optimize package tracking and delivery processes
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop intelligent systems that predict and enhance transportation efficiency
Drive technical excellence by establishing best practices and mentoring fellow engineers
Analyze complex technical challenges and develop innovative approaches to solve them
Contribute to architectural decisions that improve system performance and reliability
- 5 years of non-internship professional software development experience
- 5 years of programming with at least one software programming language experience
- 5 years of leading design or architecture (design patterns reliability and scaling) of new and existing systems experience
- Experience as a mentor tech lead or leading an engineering team
- 5 years of full software development life cycle including coding standards code reviews source control management build processes testing and operations experience
- Bachelors degree in computer science or equivalent
