At Healthwatch Cornwall were looking for people who love talking and listening to others and want to help us improve health and social care services across Cornwall. Whether its chatting at a local community centre listening to someones experience at an event or representing Healthwatch at outreach activities this role is all about gathering the voices of real people and making sure theyre heard.
We are offering flexible working options with both full-time or part-time roles available.

Key responsibilities:
Engage with people across Cornwall to gather their views on health and social care
Attend and support events outreach visits and local group meetings
Build strong relationships with community groups organisations and the public
Accurately log feedback and insights into our secure database
Work with the wider team to feed what you hear into reports campaigns and evidence
Represent Healthwatch Cornwall in a professional compassionate and approachable way
