The Role
This role plays a central part in supporting financial compliance and transparency operations within Novo Nordisk France. With a strong focus on Sarbanes-Oxley (SOX) controls legal reporting and HCP-related transparency declarations the position ensures alignment with both internal standards and external regulations. Acting as a Finance Partner to the French affiliate the role combines audit coordination financial process support and operational backup for the team manager. Main responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute SOX Minimum Controls including documentation reviews and assurance compliance.
Manage HCP transparency disclosures including tax declarations Concur audits and coordination with legal/compliance.
Support month-end and year-end closing activities including LCR preparation and statutory reporting.
Serve as liaison with external auditors and support audit readiness for financial and ethics audits.
Review and write internal procedures and provide guidance to employees on expense and compliance processes.
Qualifications
Minimum 3 years of experience in an audit firm or in a Finance role within an international company.
Masters degree in Finance Accounting Audit or a related field.
Strong knowledge of general accounting and financial closing processes with familiarity in transparency and legal reporting.
Fluency in both French and English with strong communication skills for working across departments and with external stakeholders.
Proficiency in SAP and Concur is a plus
