About the Team & Business Line

As a core member of ourTech Ops ApplicationSupportIT team you will work with dedicated professionals to ensure our clients maintain access to their critical information assets while keeping Citco ahead of industry trends.
Responsibilities
YourRole
- You will perform troubleshooting of application and server processes with some data analytics and communicate with users
- You will analyse support and maintainstrategic bespoke businessplatforms in a hybrid hosting environment across AWS Cloud and on-prem
- You will provideengineering support of functional and performance issues on a range of applications
- You will preparechanges scriptingmonitor and schedule updatesto optimize operations
- You will conduct performance analysis and tuning inofapplication servers database tiers and infrastructure
- You will participate and collaborate acrossmulti-functionalgroups in the operational support model
- You will participatein the Operational Excellence strategy including strategic monitoring and process improvements
Qualifications
About You:
- You have a Bachelors Degree or equivalent experiencein a related field such as Computer Science Engineering or Information Systems
- You have 3 yearsexperience in Enterprise Application Administration and Support that may include:
- Unix/Windows Servers navigation and scripting
- Windows Desktop/User session navigation
- Oracle/SQL/Postgres DB familiarity and query building
- Familiarity with Confluence & JIRA
- Beneficial if you have experience on PING Identity and understanding of IAM concepts such as authentication authorization SSO
- 3 years experience withsupport andtuningdistributedenterprise applications such as Java & Python
- Experience supporting and operating Cloud environments e.g. AWS
- You have a good level of attention to detail customer-focused flexible and comfortable collaborating in a fast-paced global environment
