Job Description
We are recruiting for an qualified experienced andprofessional Senior Pilates instructor to join a high-end boutique Pilates studioin Kuwait.
Package:
- Tax-free monthly salary of 900 - 1 000 KWD per month (approximately US$2 900 - 3 240)
- 30 - 40% commission

Requirements:
- Pilates certification
-English speaking (Conversational level)
- Experience in Cadillac Barre Lagree is advantageous
Duties & Responsibilities:
As a Senior Pilates Instructor you will play a key leadership role in delivering exceptional instruction supporting team development and upholding the studios high standards. Your responsibilities include both teaching and contributing to the studios growth and reputation.
Key Duties:
Instruction:
Conduct private and group Pilates sessions using Reformer Mat and other Pilates equipment.
Tailor programs to meet individual client needs including those with injuries or specific goals.
Ensure classes are engaging and have a good flow safe and aligned with Bambi Pilates philosophy.
and Team Support:
Mentor junior instructors by offering guidance feedback and training support.
Lead internal workshops or training sessions to promote continued education.
Engagement and Retention:
Build strong professional relationships with clients to encourage loyalty and satisfaction.
Monitor client progress and adapt programs accordingly.
Support studio events and community-building initiatives.
Leadership:
Collaborate with studio management on class scheduling and program development.
Maintain high cleanliness and safety standards in the studio.
Development:
Stay updated on Pilates industry trends continuing education and certifications.
Represent Bambi Pilates professionally at events workshops or public forums.
