Job Description
Job Title: Junior Energy Engineer (Intern)
Job Location: Rome Milan (Italy)
Main Responsibilities:
- Market Analysis: Conduct detailed engineering analyses of the energy market identifying customer challenges and opportunities for improvement.
- Solution Development: Design and propose innovative technical solutions tailored to customer needs and project requirements.
- Sales Support: Assist in solution planning preparation of technical presentations and meeting solution-related sales targets.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and external clients to ensure seamless implementation of photovoltaic and renewable energy solutions.
- Service Strategy Contribution: Gather customer service requirements analyze industry service trends (e.g. inverter technologies) and contribute to the development and refinement of service strategies.
- Knowledge Sharing: Provide technical support to senior team members and contribute to knowledge-sharing initiatives within the Solution Sales team.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate with a Bachelors or Masters degree in Energy Engineering Electrical or a related technical field graduating between January 2024 and December 2026.
- Demonstrated interest and enthusiasm for renewable energy technologies including photovoltaic systems inverters data centers electric mobility site power facilities or embedded power systems
- Strong analytical problem-solving and organizational skills with the ability to manage cross-project tasks and stakeholder needs. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
- Language Requirements: Good command of English and fluent in Italian
