Job Title: Solar Service Engineer
Job Location: Copenhagen Denmark
Main Responsibilities:
- Responsible for customer technical support provide service solutions to customers and have routine customer meetings.
- Provide service related trainings to customers and work on the commissioning of the inverter and BESS on site and ensure the Huawei equipment at customer sites would be installed safely reliably and properly and the system is running stable.
- Collect and analysis customers service requirements and proactively find service solutions that can fulfill customers requirement.
- Onsite support with the customer.
- Customer technical tickets handling.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor or master graduate in Electrical/ Sustainable energy/ Electronic engineering.
- Ability to cooperate and work with people from different cultures.
- More than 3 years customer support experience in the solar or Battery energy storage system industry.
- Advanced level English and Chinese language skills. Danish is a plus.
- Very good customer communication skills.
- Being interested / motivated to learn about renewable energy.
- Power system or renewable energy industry related experience will be a plus.
- Have an EU driving license.
