Job Description
Job Summary (ETL Application Developer)
- Develop and maintain complex ETL applications using Ab Initio for Data Warehouse and Data Mart solutions within the Healthcare Insurance sector.
- Participate in all phases of the software development lifecycle including analysis design coding testing debugging documentation and deployment.
- Independently design and implement cost-effective application and program solutions ensuring they meet technical and business requirements.
- Conduct system maintenance troubleshooting and provide on-call support for existing data integration systems.
- Ensure compliance with prescribed development methodologies and organizational standards including code asset management.
- Perform unit integration and system testing to ensure high-quality deliverables; assist business partners with user acceptance testing when needed.
- Promote and support asset reuse across the organization to enhance efficiency and maintain standards.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver solutions in a parallel processing and cloud-based environment (GCP Big Query).
- Utilize advanced SQL and Unix KShell scripting skills to optimize ETL processes and data transformation logic.
- Stay updated with emerging technologies and methodologies to continuously improve solutions and processes.
- Preferred experience in healthcare domain Agile methodologies (SAFe) mainframe/midrange environments and job scheduling tools (ZEKE).
- Multiple locations available: Bangalore Delhi Chennai Kochi Noida Gurugram.
